[origin: WO02081333A1] The invention relates to a fixing device for fixing a dispensing member to the neck (30) of a container (3) defining an external wall (32). The inventive device comprises: - an outer collar (2) that defines an internal wall (22), and a clamping ring (1) that forms receiving means (13) that are intended to hold in place the dispensing member and a skirt (10) that defines an internal wall (101), an external wall (102) and a free lower end (105). Said skirt also defines a first fixing zone (103) where the internal wall (101) thereof is intended to engage with the external wall (32) of the neck and a second anchoring zone (104) where the external wall thereof (102) is clamped to the internal wall (22) of the outer collar. Said device is characterised in that the second anchoring zone (104) is disposed below the first fixing zone (103) more or less at the lower end (105) of the skirt.
