Independent claims are also included for the following: (1) biochip (II) for the new process comprising a carrier for immobilizing a combinatorial library (or with this already immobilized on it); (2) preparing (M2) (II); and (3) a device (III) for automated measurement of molecular or cellular interactions and their coordinative assignment with spatial resolution below 100 nm.
