Abstract (en)
[origin: WO02101884A1] The invention relates to an electric plug-type connector (1) provided with a housing that comprises at least two parts (2, 3), whereby the first part (2) serves to accommodate plug pins or contact tubes and the second part (3) forms a protective covering that surrounds the contacting of the plug pins to the connecting leads, and radially protruding ribs (7) are provided on one of both parts (2). Said ribs, together with corresponding fillets (9) located on the other of the two parts (3), effect an axial fixing of both parts (2, 3) once both parts (2, 3) are turned with regard to one another. A spring-like stopping means (12) is provided between both parts (2, 3) and enables a rotary fixing. In order to create an anti-rotation element that, on the one hand, is rugged and always effects the same securing even when repeatedly opened and closed and, in the event of being unintentionally damaged, can be easily replaced. To this end, the spring-like stopping means (12) has a clamping area (14), which is clamped on one of both parts (2) and has a spring area (16). This spring area connects to the clamping area (14) in an axial direction of the plug-type connector (1), can move in a radial direction, and can be engaged (8) in a corresponding, outwardly open and radially accessible recess (21) located on the other part (3).
