[origin: EP1388627A2] Fixing for fixing lock furniture components on a fixed frame or a leaf of a door, window, etc. comprises a fixing part (10) inserted in a groove (6) in a frame profile (1) of the frame or leaf, and screws for fixing the furniture component on the fixing part. The fixing part fits between the arms of the groove so that it can slide between the arms from the open side of the groove. The fixing part is assigned a parallel contact part (30) with a contact surface for the furniture component which forms a separate part that is guided on the fixing part. Its position can be adjusted relative to the fixing part perpendicularly to the contact surface. The screws pass through the furniture component, the contact part and the fixing part and engage in the base (7) of the groove. Preferred Features: The furniture component is a hinge.
