[origin: EP1388710A1] The reflector surface is held within a support (301) which is manufactured separately from the lamp carrier (302). The reflector support (301) includes supports rails extending to the lamp support. These are arranged with spaces between them to maintain adequate ventilation. The reflector assembly (300) goes through a series of manufacturing stages, including the application of a powder to the internal surface (310). The reflector surface is held within a support (301) which is manufactured separately from the lamp carrier (302). The reflector support (301) includes supports elements (303, 304) which comprise rails extending to the lamp support. These are arranged with spaces between them, such that the lamp may be inserted easily. The rails define an open space (308) between the reflector and the lamp carrier, such that adequate ventilation is maintained around the lamp. The lamp carrier (302) is finally fixed to the reflector support element (301) by means of cantering pins (316) and rods (317).
