[origin: EP1389722A2] In the lower area of a casing's (1) inner chamber (IC) there is an insert (24) with a drying substance. A pipe (18-20) for a chiefly gaseous coolant communicates at one end with an upper area in the IC, leads downwards nearly as far as the base (13) of the casing, where it communicates with the IC via a small hole (22), and rises from there back to its other end linked to a coolant outlet (8,9).
