Abstract (en)
[origin: DE10238157C1] The device is in the form of a standard luggage item, e.g. a luggage bag or a suitcase, provided with a first compartment for receiving luggage, e.g. clothing and a second compartment (18) for receiving the rifle (28a,28b), both compartments contained within the contour of the luggage item and separated from one another via a partition wall. The rifle compartment is sized for reception of a weapon case (25) and is fully enclosed by the partition wall with the exception of a separate access opening (16) which is sealed via a cover element (19).
