Abstract (en)
[origin: EP1391364A1] The robot vehicle (15) may carry a powerful lighting unit and has endless tracks (16) to enable it to be maneuvered at a working site. The transport trolley has a lifting plate (1) on longitudinal beams (14) supported on hand operated lifting gear at each end. There are flanged wheels at each end, running on railway rails (13). Side-members join the lifting gears at each end. When the plate is lowered, the vehicle can climb onto the trolley from an embankment (17). The plate can be raised and shifted sideways to allow access from a station platform.
