In order to achieve advantageous constructional conditions, a clamping device is assigned to the tensioning bracket (3) that is fixedly connected to the longitudinal bars (2), wherein said clamping device consists of two adjusting rods (4) that can be displaced along the longitudinal bars (2) against the clamping force of closing springs (8), said adjusting rods being connected by means of a clamping bracket (5) interacting with the tensioning bracket (3) above said tensioning bracket (3).
