[origin: WO0222213A1] The invention relates to a construction (3) in the form of an arrangement of pipes (1), made from a flexible and durable material placed on the surface (6)of the ground, used for the transport and storage of liquids (2), in particular fresh water and sea water, but also waste water. A rapid and economical production and erection is possible by means of the particular arrangement. The form of the production, transport, erection, operation and maintenance of said construction can be selected from many variations. During the extinguishing of land fires the supply of fresh water and provision for waste water by means of said construction may be achieved quicker, more effectively and more economically than by conventional means.
