[origin: WO02094598A1] The invention relates to a motor vehicle door comprising an inner skin panel (1) which can be connected to both a removable outer skin panel (2) and a module carrier (3). A door interior lining (6) is fixed to the module carrier (3) on the side facing the door interior, and at least one guiding rail (4) of a cable window lifter is pre-assembled on the side facing the outer skin panel (2). According to the invention, a pivot bearing (S) having a pivoting axis (410) extending horizontally and parallel in relation to the door plane is provided in the upper or lower region of the guiding rail (4) for the pre-assembly of said guiding rail (4) on the module carrier (3). At least the buffer surface (14) of the other fixing region of the guiding rail (4) is associated with the side of the inner skin panel (1) facing the outer skin panel (2).
