[origin: WO02101173A1] A gutter bracket is bent from a pre-painted steel sheet and it has a separate spacer in the form of a steel strip (29) that is clamped between infolded edges (30, 31) of folded sheet steel. Tongues (18, 19) or supports (35) for the gutter are formed from the spacer. The manufacturing is simple and cheap, and the mounting of a gutter in the bracket is simplified because the spacer that forms the tongues can be made in mild steel without reducing the strength of the bracket.
