The eye liner packaging and application container (10) has an applicator head (30) with a section (31a) to contact the product when loading. The applicator has a rotary connection (23a,32a,24a) on one end for coupling to the container. The applicator has a portion (32,33) separating the applicator portion (31) from the coupling and with a non-constant cross section, in relation to the axis of rotation.

La présente invention concerne un dispositif de conditionnement et d'application d'un produit qui comporte : un récipient (10) apte à contenir du produit (P) ; un organe d'application (30) comportant au moins une portion applicatrice (31; 31a, 31b) apte à venir en contact avec le produit afin de se charger en produit ; des moyens de couplage en rotation (23a, 32a; 24a, 33a; 23b, 32b; 24b, 33b; 23c, 32c) disposés d'un côté au moins de la portion applicatrice et permettant à l'organe d'application de se déplacer en rotation, par rapport au récipient, autour d'un axe Y ; l'organe d'application (30) comportant une portion (32, 33) séparant la portion applicatrice (31; 31a, 31b) des moyens de couplage, ladite portion (32, 33) ayant une section, mesurée transversalement à l'axe de rotation Y, non constante. <IMAGE>
