The bending support (14) pivots under its own power round the swivel axis (18) of the bending jaw (12) or axis parallel to this and both parts (14a) of the support are excentric to the axis (18) to make up peripheral sections addressed respectively to the inside (22) of the hollow profile bar (20) when the support pivots. In this position the sector lies spaced from the plane (17) in which support (16) and jaw (12) lie flush with the first support sector (26a). The bending support (14) can pivot along with the jaw (12) round axis (18). Support (14), or support part (14a), are at the tip of backholder (13) which faces the jaw (12) and is in turn applied to the inner wall (23) of the hollow profile bar (20). The backholder (13) comes in wedge shape so the tip faces the bending support (14).

Vorrichtung zum Biegen von Hohlprofilstäben (20), insbesondere für Abstandhalterrahmen für Isolierglasscheiben, wobei die Hohlprofilstäbe (20) zwei zueinander parallele Flanken (22) sowie eine Innenwand (23) und eine Außenwand (21) haben, welche die Flanken (22) miteinander verbinden, mit einem Gestell (1), mit einem vom Gestell (1) getragenen Biegewerkzeug (5) welches eine Biegewange (12), welche um eine Schwenkachse (18) verschwenkbar ist, zum Biegen auf die Außenwand (21) des Hohlprofilstabes (20) einwirkt und eine Ausgangslage hat, welche sie vor dem Biegen einnimmt, einen um dieselbe Schwenkachse (18) verschwenkbaren Gegenhalter (13) zum Anlegen an die Innenwand (23), und ein der Innenwand (23) zugewandtes Biegewiderlager (14) aufweist, um welches herum der Hohlprofilstab (20) gebogen wird, mit einer ersten Klemmeinrichtung, welche auf der der Biegewange (12) in der Ausgangslage abgewandten Seite der Schwenkachse (18) angeordnet ist und ein erstes Klemmteil (15) zum Einwirken auf die Innenwand (23) und ein zweites Klemmteil (16) zum Einwirken auf die Außenwand (21) des Hohlprofilstabes (20) aufweist. Erfindungsgemäß ist vorgesehen, dass das Biegewiderlager (14) ein Scharnier ist, durch welches der Gegenhalter (13) und das erste Klemmteil (15) miteinander verbunden sind. <IMAGE>
