Abstract (en)
The device removes blanks from a magazine, and moves them from extraction into a horizontal transfer position. It has a motor-driven pivot arm (5) on a carriage (2) moving in a straight line. During extraction and transfer of a blank, a pivot movement of the arm is superimposed by a straight movement of the carriage. The pivot arm is rigid, especially angled, and has suction holders (6) for individual blank extraction. Each has a holder bar (60) fastened to the pivot arm and suction bars (62) with individual vacuum suction parts (64).

Eine Vereinzelungsvorrichtung zur einzelnen Entnahme von Kartonzuschnitten (Z) aus einem Magazin (M) und zur Umsetzung des entnommenen Kartonzuschnitts (Z) von einer Entnahmeposition in eine Übergabeposition weist einen motorisch angetriebenen Schwenkarm (5) und daran angeordnete Mittel (6) zur vereinzelten Entnahme des Kartonzuschnitts (Z) auf. Der Schwenkarm (5) ist auf einem geradlinig verschiebbaren Schlitten (2) angeordnet, wobei während der Entnahme und Umsetzung des Kartonzuschnitts (Z) eine Schwenkbewegung des Schwenkarms (5) von einer geradlinigen Bewegung des Schlittens (2) überlagert ist. Diese Vorrichtung ermöglicht somit eine platzsparende und effiziente Umsetzung einzelner Kartonzuschnitte und lässt sich zudem flexibel in Kartoniermaschinen integrieren. <IMAGE>
