Abstract (en)
[origin: EP1394366A1] The housing has a rotor chamber, a bearing chamber (4) for a rotor shaft (5), and a second rotor chamber (3). The housing section enclosing the bearing chamber is formed at least partially with the housing section enclosing at least one of the rotor chambers. All three chambers may be enclosed by an integrated housing. The bearing chamber is a sleeve larger than the diameter of the shaft, to accommodate a bearing. The housing has an integral intake socket to supply gas to a feed channel (6,7).
