Abstract (en)

[origin: EP1394489A2] System for drying and processing pourable mineral material comprises a rotating drum (1) angled in the conveying direction of the material to be treated and provided on its inner periphery with built-in components such as transport blades (3) arranged in the front insertion region for the material. The system also comprises a combustion device (2), a ventilator (7) and a venturi assembly (8). A bypass (9) for conveying air is arranged in the drum casing in the insertion region. Preferred Features: At least one silo for particulate material is arranged behind a discharge device (21) and at least one silo for dust is arranged behind the dedusting system.
