[origin: EP1266724A1] Peripherally overlapping segments (3) are positioned on a support ring (2) which has a peripheral surface (4) at least partly convexly curved on a radial plane. The grinding segments have a curvature matching that of the peripheral surface and are clamped (5) with an attachment to the support. The overlap is such that the distance of the front end (8) of the segments from the pivot axis is less than the distance of the back end (9) from the pivot axis.
