Abstract (en)
The machine has a frame with working roller below a roller housing (8). This has a spray device (10) for water or binding agent, with a nozzle (12) direction into a working chamber. The nozzle has a controlled closure device (18) with closure element (22), to open and close the nozzle. The closure device can initiate a further movement of the closure element past the closing position, to remove collected material in and/or in front of the nozzle. The nozzle is connected to ring pipe (14) or a tank. The spray device has a mixer unit (36) with expansion chamber (38), and a bitumen injection nozzle (40) to mix hot bitumen with water or with water and air, for ejection of foamed bitumen from the spray nozzle.

Bei einer Vorrichtung zum Bearbeiten von Böden oder Fahrbahnen, mit einem Maschinenrahmen (1), an dem eine Arbeitswalze (4) unter einem den Arbeitsraum (6) begrenzenden Walzengehäuse (8) angeordnet ist, wobei an dem Walzengehäuse (8) eine Sprüheinrichtung (10) für ein Bindemittel oder Wasser mit mindestens einer in den Arbeitsraum (6) gerichteten Austrittsdüse (12) angeordnet ist, ist vorgesehen, dass die mindestens eine Austrittsdüse eine ansteuerbare Schließeinrichtung (18) mit einem Schließelement (22) aufweist, das in einer Offenstellung die Austrittsdüse (12) freigibt und in einer Schließstellung die Austrittsdüse (12) verschließt, und dass die Schließeinrichtung (18) eine zusätzliche Bewegung des Schließelementes (22) über die Schließstellung hinaus auslösen kann, mit der Materialanhäufungen in und/oder vor der Austrittsdüse (12) beseitigbar sind. <IMAGE>
