[origin: EP1396682A1] The detachable smoke box for a solid fuel heater has three sections which are manually assembled. It has a nozzle (13) to receive the chimney (15) and a flap carrier (19) which has quick fixing mounts into a chamber in the nozzle. The flap and chamber define a post combustion volume (46). There is a blown air ramp (47) adjacent to the inlet of the post combustion chamber.
