Abstract (en)

[origin: EP1396685A1] The edge strips are chamfered down, on the side facing the user, i.e. the front or operational region, forming a sloping planar region (5). The plan view of this area appreciably exceeds that of the edge strip (4) in the overlap region with the hob (1) plane. The strip projects upwardly in the form of a barrier (7). It is supported on the hob, together with the edge of the flat section.
