Abstract (en)

[origin: WO02102678A1] At least one cutting element (20) is provided on a closure comprised of a spout (3) and of a screw cap (5), which can be screwed thereon and which has a tamper-evident band (11). The tamper-evident band (11) is joined to the lower edge (12) of the outer wall (7) of the screw cap via specified rupture location bridges (10). The at least one cutting element outwardly projects through an intermediate space (14). When the screw cap (5) is unscrewed for the first time, the at least one cutting element (20) cuts through the specified rupture location bridges (10). The distance (a) between the tamper-evident band upper edge (13) and the lower edge (12) of the screw cap is provided with a measure whereby enabling this distance (a) to be surmounted only once all specified rupture location bridges are cut through.
