Abstract (en)
The brush roll has a roll shaft and two brush filling materials, in which the two brush filling materials are arranged around the outside surface of the roll shaft and distributed to mix with each other. The first brush filling material comprises of either a single yarn of a monofilament having a diameter of 0.1 to 2.0 mm, and a collective fiber comprising of 3 to 56 filaments made into a bundle. The second brush filling material comprises of 100 to 3,000 filaments having a diameter of 0.005 to 0.05 mm made into a bundle.
