[origin: EP1398501A2] The device has a housing (52) with at least one working chamber (50) connected to the fluid system and bounded in regions by at least one movable membrane element (56) that interacts with a spring device (70) in a closed spring chamber (68). The membrane element has a diffusion barrier and the bounding wall of the spring chamber has at least the same outward diffusion rate, at least in one region (74), as the membrane element.
