Abstract (en)

[origin: EP1398592A1] Heat exchanger comprises tubes (2, 3) containing a first medium and ribs (1) containing a second medium. At least one interference element (10) for the flow of the second medium is provided in the region of a tube/rib contact point. Preferred Features: The tubes and the ribs are soldered together. At least one interference element is a knob-like projection from the rib material, preferably a tab, especially punched out of the rib material, positioned against the main flow direction of the second medium.
