Abstract (en)

[origin: DE10127402A1] The invention relates to blends of a copolymer and a polyol fine-rubber with very good mechanical properties, obtainable by single-step melt compounding. The invention also relates to a method for the production thereof and to the use thereof in the production of shaped bodies.

[origin: DE10127402A1] Copolymer/polyolefin rubber blends contain: (1) copolymer(s) (2) polyolefin rubber(s) (3) phenol aldehyde condensate (0.25-5 wt.%) (4) Lewis acid (0.05-2 wt.%) Where the weight ratio of A to B is 40:1-1:40, (C). The blend can be obtained in a single step by melt mixing of the copolymer and polyolefin rubber. Independent claims are included for: (1) preparation of copolymer/polyolefin rubber blends; and (2) a profiled part obtained from the polymer blends.
