[origin: FR2826711A1] A heat exchanger for heating air comprising a plurality of tubes (10<u>a</u>, 10<u>b</u>) for circulating a heat-carrying fluid, a plurality of electric heating bars (30) having resistive elements disposed between the electrodes of the electricity supply, and a set of radiating elements (20) associated with the tubes and heating bars. The radiating elements are made up of crossed blades (20) with contact via the tubes (10<u>a</u>, 10<u>b</u>) and heating bars (30). The bars are engaged with constraint in the openings (28) of the blades in such a way that they can be kept in contact with the blades and in order to apply the electrodes with pressure against the resistive elements.
