Abstract (en)
[origin: EP1400288A2] The grain separator has a sifting screen (2) comprising spaced screen bars (3) connected at one end to a support (4). The bar-like support is mounted in a frame (6) where it is rotationally elastic about its longitudinal axis which runs transversely to the screen bars which are arranged in at least two rows set one behind the other in the conveyor direction (2) of the coarse grain. The screen bars engage round the support round 90 degrees and are held on the support by a profile which holds the bars between it and the support.
