Abstract (en)
A device to grip products to be automatically sliced comprising soles (1) engaging with a side part of moulds (10) containing the compacted product that will be subsequently frozen through a lip-shaped peripheral frame (2) and cutting dies (4) having a circumferential cutting edge (6). By means of the pass-through holes (9) present on these soles (1), the moulds (10) can be vacuum-connected to a grip head (11) equipped with suction cups (14) and with cylindrical bodies (13) connected to a vacuum assembly. The grip head (11) comprises actuator means (20-24) of the vacuum assembly and ejector means (25-27) of the soles (1) with the residual product (10) deriving from the slicing. The grip head (11) can be applied to high speed slicing machines. <IMAGE>
