Abstract (en)

[origin: EP1401063A1] The connector part has a housing with contacts extending in the direction of an opening in the housing. The contacts are interconnected via a short-circuit spring (16k,18k). The short-circuit spring is part of a spring member (10) which is permanently connected to the housing and which comprises a ground contact (18m) to create a continuous connection between the connector and ground.
