[origin: WO02102674A1] A loading platform intended for transfer and storage of loads and materials, said loading platform comprising a horizontal base structure (2) on top of which loads are supported, and at least four vertical pillar structures (3) between which the base structure is attached, said pillar structures extending higher than the base structure and containing at their upper end fastening means (4) for lifting devices to lift up the loading platform (1). The loading platform also comprises at least two vertical protective wall structures (5) that are positioned on the two opposite sides of the base structure and extend lower than the base structure, the base structure resting on the support of said protective wall structures when the loading platform is positioned on the ground, said structures being positioned between the pillar structures of the lower loading platform when the loading platform is stacked on top of another similar loading platform.
