Abstract (en)
The drainage unit for a pneumatic wine press is composed of a long profiled element (1) with several distributed perforations (2). The element extends along the internal wall (3) of the wine press tank and forms with it by contact at the two longitudinal lateral edges a drainage channel (4). The profiled element is fixed to the wall at one of the lateral edges (5) by means of a pivoting connection (6) held in the pivoted position and is provided with locking means (7,7') ensuring removable locking of the element in a position where its two lateral edges rest against the internal wall to form the drainage channel. An Independent claim is included for a wine press with a drainage unit.

La présente invention concerne une unité de drainage pour pressoir ou cuve de macération ainsi qu'un pressoir comportant de telles unités. Unité de drainage, notamment pour pressoir pneumatique, composé d'au moins un élément profilé (1) allongé et ajouré par une pluralité de perforations (2) réparties, ledit élément (1) s'étendant le long de la paroi interne (3) de la cuve du pressoir et formant en coopération avec cette dernière, par contact au niveau de deux bords latéraux longitudinaux, un canal de drainage (4), unité caractérisée en ce que ledit élément profilé (1) est solidarisé avec ladite paroi (3), au niveau de l'un (5) de ses bords latéraux (5, 5'), par l'intermédiaire d'une liaison (6) avec faculté de pivotement et de maintien en position pivotée et est pourvu d'au moins un moyen de verrouillage (7, 7') apte à assurer un blocage amovible dudit élément profilé (1) dans une position dans laquelle ses deux bords latéraux (5, 5') reposent contre ladite paroi interne (3) de manière à former le canal de drainage (4). <IMAGE>
