[origin: EP0965559A1] The tap device has a hollow cylindrical outer part (2) fixed in an aperture in the barrel wall (1), and a hollow cylindrical inner part (5) able to move axially between an inner transporting position and an outer use position. Inside the inner part there is a valve (9) which can move relative to the inner part and which controls the outlet aperture in the inner part, depending on the valve setting.
