Heating system (1) for a building comprises a heating device (3) with a burner (4) for heating a heating block (5) to transfer heat to a heating fluid of a heating circuit (2) running through the building, a pump (10) for driving the heating fluid in the heating circuit, and a control and/or regulating device (11) for actuating the pump and/or the burner. The control and/or regulating device is designed so that on actuation of the pump and/or the burner the current heat content of the heating circuit, heating block and/or building is taken into account. Preferred Features: The control and/or regulating device determines the heat content of the heating block from a volume flow of heating fluid through the heating block and a difference between a flow temperature of the heating fluid at an outlet (8) of the heating circuit from the heating block and a return temperature of the heating fluid at an inlet (6) of the heating circuit into the heating block.

Die vorliegende Erfindung betrifft eine Heizungsanlage (1) für ein Gebäude, umfassend eine Heizeinrichtung (3) mit einem Brenner (4) und einem vom Brenner (4) beheizten Heizblock (5) zur Wärmeabgabe an eine Heizflüssigkeit eines im Gebäude verlaufenden Heizkreises (2), eine Pumpe (10) zum Antrieb der Heizflüssigkeit im Heizkreis (2) und eine Steuer- und/oder Regeleinrichtung (11) zur Betätigung der Pumpe (10) und/oder des Brenners (4). Zur verbesserten Ausnutzung der Heizleistung der Heizungsanlage (1) wird vorgeschlagen, die Steuer- und/oder Regeleinrichtung (11) so auszubilden, dass sie bei der Betätigung der Pumpe (10) und/oder des Brenners (4) den aktuellen Wärmeinhalt des Heizkreises (2) und/oder des Heizblocks (5) und/oder des Gebäudes berücksichtigt. <IMAGE>
