Abstract (en)
[origin: EP1273901A1] System for automatic measurement of particle granularity and morphology includes a device for dispersing the particles over a surface. Another device guides the particles into the focal field of a illumination system connected to a camera which takes images of the particles for analysis. The particles are dispersed onto circular platform horizontal plates, attached to a transmission belt, and are horizontally guided into the focal field. An Independent claim is included for a method for automatic measurement of particle granularity and morphology.
