The locking device (5) includes an actuating device (11) which can be manually operated from the end side (10) where it is mounted so that the snapper (8) which is urged spring-tensioned into the locking position can be drawn out into the opening position against its pretension. The actuating device has a manually operable slider (12) which is connected to the snapper (8) through a connecting rod (9). The pretension force of the snapper tensioning device is less than the pretensioning force of the operating device pretensioning mechanism.

Die Erfindung betrifft eine Verriegelungsvorrichtung (5) für den Standflügel (4) einer mehrflügeligen Tür (1) mit selbstverriegelnder Funktion, bei der ein, vorzugsweise oberer, Schnäpper (8) federbelastet in die Verriegelungsstellung gedrängt wird und eine von der Stirnseite (10) aus manuell betätigbare Betätigungseinrichtung (11 ) an der Stirnseite (10) vorgesehen ist, über die der Schnäpper (8) entgegen seiner Vorspannung in die Öfnungslage gezogen werden kann. Außerdem betrifft die Erfindung einen damit versehenen Standflügel sowie ein Montageverfahren hierfür. <IMAGE>
