Abstract (en)
The device has an autoclave that can be heated and evacuated and an evaporator in the autoclave. The goods are heated by the condensation heat of the vapor of a thermal carrier evaporated in the evaporator to extract water from the goods. The evaporator includes a predominantly vertical autoclave wall section heated by the autoclave heating with an arrangement for ensuring heat carrying liquid passes to the wall section as a film. The device has a container (autoclave) (2) for accommodating the drying goods and that can be heated and evacuated with autoclave heating (3) and an evaporator (4) in the autoclave. The goods are heated by the condensation heat of the vapor of a thermal carrier medium evaporated in the evaporator to extract the water in the drying goods. The evaporator includes a predominantly vertical section (18) of an autoclave wall (14) heated by the autoclave heating with an arrangement for ensuring that the heat carrying liquid passes to the wall section as a film. AN Independent claim is also included for the following: (a) system for drying goods containing moisture.

Die Baugruppe ist zum Einbau in eine Anlage zum Trocknen von feuchtigkeitsbelastetem Gut unter Vakuum vorgesehen. Sie weist einen der Aufnahme des Trocknungsgutes dienenden heiz- und evakuierbaren Autoklaven (2) auf sowie eine Autoklavenheizung (3) und einen im Autoklaven (2) angeordneten Verdampfer (4). Bei Betrieb der Anlage wird in dieser Baugruppe das Trocknungsgut durch die Kondensationswärme des Dampfes eines im Verdampfer (4) verflüchtigten flüssigen Wärmeträgers aufgeheizt und hierbei dem Trocknungsgut Wasser entzogen. Der Verdampfer (4) enthält einen von der Autoklavenheizung (3) heizbaren, vorwiegend vertikal ausgerichteten Abschnitt (18) einer Wand (14) des Autoklaven (2). Am Wandabschnitt (18) sind Mittel vorgesehen, die eine Führung der Wärmeträgerflüssigkeit in Form eines Films auf dem Wandabschnitt (18) sicherstellen. Diese Baugruppe ist äusserst kostengünstig und zeichnet sich dennoch bei geringem Energieverbrauch und hohem Wirkungsgrad durch ein grosses Nutzvolumen des Autoklaven und durch einfachen Aufbau aus. Zudem wird die Wärmeträgerflüssigkeit über die grossen Wandflächen des Autoklaven (2) geführt und kann so äusserst wirksam, d. h. bei kleiner Differenz zwischen Temperatur des Wandabschnitts und Temperatur der Wärmeträgerflüssigkeit, in Form eines dünnen Films verdampfen. <IMAGE>
