Process for assembling/disassembling flexible printing plates on the printing cylinder (1) of a rotary printing machine comprises an assembly process consisting of positioning the printing cylinder in an insertion position, inserting the front arm (7) of a printing plate (5) into a clamping groove (3), positioning a pressure roller (11) on the printing cylinder, rotating the printing cylinder forward, inserting the rear arm (9) of the printing plate into a clamping groove (4), and removing the pressure roller. The disassembly process consists of positioning the printing cylinder in a removal position, releasing the clamping of the rear arm of the pressure plate, removing the rear arm from the clamping groove, rotating the printing cylinder backward and removing the printing plate from the printing cylinder, releasing the clamping of the front arm of the printing plate, and removing the printing plate from the clamping groove.

Es wird ein Verfahren geschaffen, mit dem bei nur geringem technischem Aufwand eine flexible Druckplatte auf einem Formzylinder montiert und demontiert wird. Im Einzelnen enthält das Verfahren die Verfahrensschritte zur Montage a) Positionieren des Formzylinders in eine Einlegeposition, b) Einstecken des vorlaufenden Schenkels einer Druckplatte in eine Spanngrube, c) Anstellen einer Andrückrolle an den Formzylinder, d) Vorwärtsdrehen des Formzylinders, e) Eindrücken des nachlaufenden Schenkels der Druckplatte in eine Spanngrube, f) Abstellen der Andrückrolle und die Verfahrensschritte zur Demontage g) Positionieren des Formzylinders in eine Entnahmeposition, h) Öffnen der Klemmung des nachlaufenden Schenkels der Druckplatte, i) Herausbewegen des nachlaufenden Schenkels aus der Spanngrube, j) Zurückdrehen des Formzylinders und Abwickeln der Druckplatte von dem Formzylinder, k) Öffnen der Klemmung des vorlaufenden Schenkels der Druckplatte, l) Entnahme der Druckplatte aus der Spanngrube. <IMAGE>
