[origin: WO02102471A2] An exercise machine, such as an exercise bicycle, has an adjustable saddle and an adjustable rest for the forearms of a user. The saddle is linked to the rest so that adjustment of the saddle causes adjustment of the rest. The forearm rest is provided with adjacent space for the hands of a user so that a person using the machine can manually manipulate an electronic controller on a lead to playa game displayed on a monitor in front of the rest.
