[origin: WO0205390A1] The invention relates to a device for producing individual contact parts for electrical connectors, said parts being assembled as one unit on a strip (2) and made of metal. The device comprises a processing machine (3) for processing a semi-finished product (5) in one or several steps with the purpose of manufacturing the electrical contact parts. The device also comprises a packaging device (10) connected downstream of the processing machine (3) in the direction of travel of the strip and comprising an exchangeable bearing and transport module (11) for receiving a given length of the strip (2) formed by the individual, assembled contact parts. According to the invention, a marking device (9) is mounted between the output of the processing machine (3) and the packaging device (10) mounted downstream in the direction of travel of the strip. Said marking device places an identification on each of the individual contact parts on a length of a strip (2) assigned to a bearing and transport module (11), said identification characterizing said strip segment and being different from the identification of other strip segments on other bearing and transport modules, wherein the marking device (9) is designed in such a way that it marks the individual contact parts in the form of an impression.
