[origin: WO03013187A1] The invention relates to a method for production of non-planar membranes for electroacoustic converters, comprising a core layer of poly(meth)acrylimide foam and at least one outer layer, characterised in that: a) the outer layer and the core layer are laminated using a pressure of <0,3MPa and a temperature of ≥160 °C and then b) the composite obtained is moulded using a cold mould with a temperature of less than 100 °C at a pressure of 0.3 MPa and a temperature of 160 °C and, at the same time, at least that side of the core layer in contact with the outer layer is compressed. Said membranes thus produced have excellent rigidity and in particular the cover layers have a high peeling resistance.
