Abstract (en)

A tissue paper-making assembly has an air-driven drying drum (1) with a perforated cylindrical mantle resting on radial rings. The drum has longitudinal ribs in axial presentation. The ribs are welded to the outermost radial ring, which is not linked to the cylinder mantle. The longitudinal ribs are placed at intervals of 40-80 mm. The ribs are welded both to the radial support rings and perforated cylindrical mantle. A perforated surrounding ring is positioned on the outermost radial support ring, and extends from the flanges to the paper outer margin. The drum end faces have screw-fitted caps. The drum is of welded construction.

Die Erfindung betrifft eine Vorrichtung zum kontinuierlichen Trocknen einer Faserstoffbahn 10, insbesondere Tissuebahn, mit einer Trockentrommel 1 und einem Luftkreislauf. Sie ist vornehmlich dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Trockentrommel 1 einen Trommelmantel 12 mit einem perforierten Zylindermantel 20 aufweist, der mit radialen Stützringen 21 zur Abstützung versehen ist. <IMAGE>
