Abstract (en)

[origin: DE10137552C1] An apparatus comprises a cryo-generator for re-condensing low boiling gases of a gas vaporized from a liquefied gas container. The cryo-generator comprises a cooling device having a regenerator (21, 22) and a pulse tube (23, 24) with heat exchangers (25, 27) arranged between them. At least one the components of the cooling device is surrounded with a thermally insulating heat shield. Preferred Features: All cooling surfaces lie opposite a heat transfer ring (10). Each cooling surface axially moves around the periphery in the ring without touching it so that a channel is formed from the vapor chamber via the liquefied gas bath to the start of the first cooling stage of the cooling device.
