[origin: EP1413538A2] A papermaking industry paper roll cutting assembly has a first roll cutting station with a feed-side first discharge path, and a second roll cutting station with a second feed feed-side discharge path. The assembly further has a collector station which transports cut rolls past the roll cutter assembly. The two discharge paths (15, 35) are esp. coupled to each other. The collector station (41-44) has a common transport path (42) for the two roll cutters (2, 22) which by-passes the second roller cutter station (22).
