Abstract (en)
The adjustment method uses an external signal source (S) for providing an acoustic signal, received by a test object at a point corresponding to the position of the hearing aid microphone system and used for providing a correction function ensuring that the acoustic signal received on the outside of the hearing passage (5) and the acoustic signal received within the hearing passage correspond to one another. The correction function is used for adjustment of filters for the microphone signal provided by the hearing aid microphone system. An Independent claim for a hearing aid with an external microphone system is also included.

Bei der Versorgung eines Hörgeräteträgers mit einem Hörhilfegerät (9, 10, 20), bei dem die Schallaufnahme außerhalb der Gehörgänge des Hörgeräteträgers erfolgt, geht die Lokalisationsfähigkeit bezüglich einer Signalquelle (S) verloren. Die Erfindung sieht vor, den Informationsverlust, der durch die Aufnahme eines akustischen Signals außerhalb der Gehörgänge erfolgt, auszugleichen. Hierzu wird bei der Signalverarbeitung eines von wenigstens einem Mikrofon (11; M1', M2', M3'; M11, M12; M21, M22; M31, M32) des Hörhilfegerätes (9, 10, 20) aufgenommenen akustischen Eingangssignals durch das Hörhilfegerät (9, 10, 20) die Übertragungsfunktion des Kopfes bzw. des Außenohrs zwischen der Position, an der sich das Mikrofon (11; M1', M2', M3'; M11, M12; M21, M22; M31, M32) befindet, und einer Position im Gehörgang des Hörgeräteträgers mit berücksichtigt. Die natürliche Lokalisationsfähigkeit einer Person zur Lokalisation einer Signalquelle (S) im Raum bleibt dadurch auch bei der Versorgung mit einem nicht im Gehörgang getragenen Hörhilfegerät (9, 10, 20) erhalten.
