Abstract (en)
[origin: EP1414268A2] The adjustment method uses an external signal source (S) for providing an acoustic signal, received by a test object at a point corresponding to the position of the hearing aid microphone system and used for providing a correction function ensuring that the acoustic signal received on the outside of the hearing passage (5) and the acoustic signal received within the hearing passage correspond to one another. The correction function is used for adjustment of filters for the microphone signal provided by the hearing aid microphone system. An Independent claim for a hearing aid with an external microphone system is also included.
