[origin: EP1414272A1] The hearing aid has a housing containing internal electronic components, mechanically and electrically connected to external electronic components, e.g. a microphone array, using a coupling with at least 2 blade clamps (10-16), respectively associated with the housing and the external components and a coupling cable (1) cooperating with the latter, e.g. a transparent cable with one or more electrical conductors.
