Abstract (en)
The life-saving flying suit, especially for pilots who eject over water, is composed of a waterproof woven fabric (1) containing an air-permeable zone at the chest, with a ventilation channel (3) of an airtight material. The channel runs through the interior of the garment to give an air exchange between the air-permeable zone and the ambient atmosphere (7). The end (4) of the channel at the air-permeable zone is fastened to the inner side (11) of the fabric by a bonding seam (10), which is impermeable to water and air. The channel is filled with an air-permeable distance piece (12), to prevent the inner channel walls(13) sticking together.

Die Erfindung betrifft einen Schutzanzug, insbesondere Seenotrettungsanzug für Piloten, aus einem wasserdichten Gewebe (1). Um ein unerwünschtes Aufblähen bzw. Schrumpfen des Schutzanzugs bei einer Druckänderung zu vermeiden, ist in das Gewebe eine luftdurchlässige Zone (2) eingearbeitet und es ist ein aus einem luftdichten Material gebildeter Entlüftungskanal (3) vorgesehen, welcher im Innern (6) des Schutzanzugs verlaufend an einem Ende (4) mit der luftdurchlässigen Zone (2) in Verbindung steht und dessen anderes, als Mündung (5) ausgebildetes Ende in das Innere (6) des Schutzanzugs mündet um einen Luftaustausch zwischen dem Innern (6) des Schutzanzugs und der Umgebung (7) zu ermöglichen. <IMAGE>
