Abstract (en)
A multitude of depressions (110) is punched into the basic layer (1), made of an air and moisture permeable material. The resulting compartments (11) are filled with a substance (5) containing a fungicidal or other related agent absorbed by a suitable insert (50, 55). A top layer (2) is also made of an air and moisture permeable material preferably provided with micro-ducts in order to transport the substance to the skin.

Der der Fertigung einer Fussbekleidung (1000) dienende Stoff (100) und die gegebenenfalls mittels dieses Stoffes (100) gefertigte Fussbekleidung (1000), Strümpfe, Einlagen, Pantoffeln oder Schuhe, weisen in einer Basisschicht (1) oder einer mit der Basisschicht (1) verbundenen Deckschicht (2) oder eingeschlossen zwischen Basisschicht (1) und Deckschicht (2) Kammern (11) auf, die mit einem Wirkstoff (5) gefüllt sind, welcher während der Nutzung des Stoffes (100) oder Fussbekleidung (1000) aus den Kammern (11) austreten und dadurch mit angrenzenden Hautzonen des Fusses in Berührung gelangen kann. <IMAGE>
