Abstract (en)
Any number of different widths of variable fixed dimensions can be generated from longitudinal strips (LS) (30-37) in a cutting plan (55) by a computer in contrast to conventional equipment. The widths are trimmed with trimming circular saws as soon as they are cut to size. Before sawing the LS, a standard board (57) is sawn into first (38) and second (39) parts, the so-called head part. An Independent claim is also included for a device for measuring out the standard boards of variable fixed dimensions.

Verfahren und Vorrichtung zum Aufteilen von Standardplatten in Fixmaße mit einer Aufteilanlage, mit der im Gegensatz zu herkömmlichen Anlagen bei einem oder mehreren Längsstreifen (30-37) in einem Schnittplan (55) beliebig viele unterschiedlichen Breiten variabler Fixmaße von einem Rechner (60) vorzusehen möglich ist, die mit Nachschnittkreissägen (40,41) nachgeschnitten werden, sobald diese von vorgelagerten Kreissägeeinrichtungen (42-46) zugeschnitten sind. <IMAGE>
